To be eligible to receive the $500 referral, the referrer must refer a person who enters into a building contract with Vanguard Homes. The referee must be introduced by the referrer.
In relation to a ‘client referral’ the $500 referral voucher will be given to the referrer when the referred customer’s home commences construction (slab down stage). If either contract is cancelled, this offer becomes null and void.
